The staff at the front desk were unprofessional on multiple occasions, and I felt very uncomfortable when one assistant manager yelled at me about my balance in front of other guests. My items were removed from my room without any prior notification, and seeing my belongings in trash bags behind the desk was humiliating. The elevator was broken, making me lug my luggage down four flights of stairs, which was exhausting. They should have better communication and ensure staff training on customer service. Also, basic hotel amenities like blow dryers should be in every room instead of having to request them. Another serious letdown was the cleanliness. I noticed unpleasant odors in the hallways, and the lack of proper cleaning protocols left much to be desired. The room itself felt sparse and didn’t have the inviting feel I hoped for. I left feeling disappointed and embarrassed during my stay.
